All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This includes:

• Special promotion items (Flash Sales, Limited Time Offers, etc.)
• Items purchased with discount codes

IMPORTANT EXCEPTION - New Customer & Welcome Discounts:
Items purchased using NEW CUSTOMER or WELCOME discount codes ARE eligible for return. These promotional codes are excluded from our final sale policy and follow our standard return guidelines below. Free shipping only discount codes are also excluded from this policy.

Return Fee:
A $9.99 return processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Example: If you return an item originally priced at $100, you will receive a refund of $90.01 ($100 - $9.99 return fee = $90.01).
